ABOUT Helen

I’m a Technical and Fashion Designer driven by innovation, sustainability and material exploration. Educated in Fashion Design and Technical Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology, I approach design with both creative vision and analytical precision.

With 4+ years of experience in lingerie and ready-to-wear product development at Adore Me—a B Corp certified company in New York and Paris—I have developed expertise in fit development, pattern correction, PLM systems and sustainable product design. I thrive on precision, responsibility and thoughtful craftsmanship, ensuring every garment meets the highest standards.

I have hands-on experience in updating and maintaining technical files, creating tech packs, executing digital and manual pattern corrections and preparing graded measurement charts. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Production, Quality Control and Assurance) to ensure fit samples and production models meet deadlines, specifications and brand expectations.

Creatively, I explore the intersection of technology, nature and form, experimenting with materials like Chitosan and techniques such as 3D printing and laser cutting. I am inspired by contrasts—structure vs. fluidity, organic vs. artificial—and translate these ideas into garments that feel modern, poetic and meaningful.

Passionate about fashion illustration and diverse fabrics, I draw inspiration from art, culture and the world beyond fashion. My curiosity shapes what I wear, what inspires me and what I create.

Based in Paris and fluent in English and Korean, I aim to merge technical precision with artistic intention in every piece I design, creating work that is both innovative and enduring.
