Created a bra poms (on body) measurement guide sketch using adobe illustrator and assisted in developing a pom chart
Measurement Chart – New Format: Cross-Functional Process Improvement
Developed and implemented a standardized measurement chart for all product categories, improving clarity, consistency and efficiency across Adore Me’s product development process. Collaborated with QCA, Technical Design and Production teams to align standards, integrate workflows and ensure accurate uploads to POT and PLM systems. Provided manufacturers with clear documentation and guidance, reducing errors and streamlining adoption. The new format is now fully implemented across teams and manufacturers, serving as a unified reference and enhancing cross-functional collaboration.
contribution to upstream supply chain guide (USG)
Contributed to the creation of two slides in the Upstream Supply Chain Guide (USG), a comprehensive document outlining the key materials and processes manufacturers need to understand when working with Adore Me. The entireguide was developed in collaboration with the Sourcing/Production, Quality Control & Assurance (QCA), Design and Technical Design teams.
